How pickup works

Pickup is coordinated in Maseru after Techo confirms the item is ready. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

How selling to Techo works

Start on the sell page, verify your WhatsApp number, then send item photos, condition, asking price, location, and ownership details when relevant.

Payment and MoPay notes

MoPay checkout is used for available website listings. Keep your payment confirmation and contact WhatsApp support if the redirect is interrupted.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled conservatively because many items are pre-owned. Techo uses listed condition, known issues, testing notes, and pickup inspection to review requests.

Warranty, testing, and condition
